Agenda

The world of botanical spirits may seem daunting at first— the more you know, the more there is to discover! But that’s also what makes it such an exciting frontier for spirits.

In this free webinar led by Clay Smith, Moonshine University’s Distillery Operations Manager, attendees will get a comprehensive introduction to the ins and outs of one of the world’s most misunderstood spirits, absinthe.

  • Explore the history of absinthe from origin through Prohibition to modern day;
  • Discover what makes an absinthe unique, covering all the common botanicals used in its source material;
  • Learn the production processes of absinthe, including variations like verde and blanc;
  • Understand the flavors and aroma characteristics of each style.

This is a 1-hour, on-demand webinar. $5
